Mark van Rooyen is the lead consultant of Van Rooyen and Associates a South African based Consulting and training firm.

Mark has more than 15 years experience in facilitating change in organisations. Some of the key areas of expertise are strategic development, change management, performance management diversity, and management development.

Marks' role as a facilitator, trainer and business coach and his emphasis on practical "how to" strategies and tactics in various industries and governmental sectors, allows him to share his experiences and some proven best practices from a range of disciplines.
